Client Account Manager - NY

Tokyo, predominantly based in the UK has a wide ranging of internationalclients.  In fact less of our revenuecomes from the UK than it does internationally and the largest proportion ofnon-UK being US.  We want to keep ourclients happy, grow their portfolio with us by delivering successful solutionsbut in addition partner with Ad Agencies and other production companies who maywant to leverage our track record of delivering international projects to budgetand on time. Being “on the ground” in NY would enable you to best engage with alarge proportion of our pre-existing clients. Others are based on the west coast and could be managed remotely or by theoccasional visit (company funded).  Weare a modern agency that puts lifestyle at least on a par with working life.  We’d love to expand our operations in the USand perhaps you’d be up for that challenge!

Digital Account Manager duties and responsibilities

·     Build long-term relationships with clients

·     Investigate and determine clients wants andneeds

·     Plan and implement digital strategies forclients

·     Always work towards those goals

·     Optimize web content in order to improve SEO

·     Present and train on social media strategies toclients

·     Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns

·     Recommend, design and implement digital projectsto increase their ROI

·     Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client

·     Prepare and present reports on their progress

·     Keep abreast with new trends in digitaltechnology

Digital Account Manager requirements

·     2 years of working experience as a DigitalAccount Manager

·     1 year of experience with SEO/SEM and CRMsoftware

·     1 year of experience with Google Adwordscampaigns

·     In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools andtechnology

·     Excellent understanding and knowledge of socialmedia platforms

·     3 years of experience in customer service

·     Sense of ownership and pride in your performanceand its impact on the company’s success

·     Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

·     Team player

·     Good time-management skills

·     Great interpersonal and communication skills

·     MA in Marketing or similar relevant field OR relevant industry exoerience
