We are a digital agency with offices in Liverpool and London. Our client experience spans the tech, entertainment, automotive and retail industries and includes well known brands such as Google, Harrods, Cisco, Emirates, Volkswagen, BBC and Disney. Like many, we've established a successful remote working structure over the past year and we’d love to embrace this further through 2021. Currently seeking a new account manager to add to the team and opening up applications to candidates UK-wide.
Candidates should have:
- 2-5 years experience managing digital and integrated projects and client requests
- Knowledge of a variety of CMS platforms and technologies would be beneficial
- Experience and understanding of bridging the gap between client and production teams, working closely with the Project Manager
- Ability to manage the link between external clients and internal/freelance resource - onsite and remote
- Focus on effectively managing timelines, budgets and project planning
- Working understanding of industry tools and platforms (e.g. JIRA, GSuite, etc) would be preferred but not essential, training on these systems can be provided
