Apps, website and world first indoor sat-nav for the most famous department store in the world.
In 2015 we took over as digital partner for Harrods; a bona-fide London landmark and one of the most well known department stores in the world. Working with Harrods' publishing team, we managed the multi-platform Harrods magazine (published monthly) and assisted with brand partnership campaigns throughout the year. In 2017 we helped launch a 'world-first' indoor store guide app, utilising almost 1,000 beacons around the store. The app allows customers to navigate around the five acre floorspace, easily locating departments, brands and points of interest.
