House by Urban Splash

In collaboration with Urban Splash, we developed and launched a digital platform for their innovative project, House. This platform features a comprehensive website integrated with Salesforce, various digital sales tools, and an interactive online configurator. This unique tool allows prospective buyers to design and customize their new home in real-time, offering a modern, user-friendly approach to home selection.

A key feature of this project is the modular approach to homebuilding. House by Urban Splash is spearheading the development of the East Float neighbourhood at Wirral Waters. This venture marks the introduction of a new modular housing typology, Row House, to their portfolio, with this concept debuting in Merseyside.

Row House, designed by the Liverpool-based architectural firm shedkm, offers future residents of Wirral Waters a variety of customisation options, including the choice of adding a rooftop terrace to their home.

The East Float project at Wirral Waters, a joint venture with Peel L&P, aims to create approximately 350 homes. These residences will be constructed using modern methods, including the inaugural Row House homes, showcasing innovative construction techniques.

Guy Ackernley, Residential Sales Director at House by Urban Splash, expressed excitement about introducing this new housing model. He reflected on Urban Splash's roots in Merseyside, where they began by developing workspace and city centre apartments in Liverpool. Now, 28 years later, they return to the region with this groundbreaking concept, reminiscent of their innovative spirit in the 1990s.
